Kibale National Park, Uganda Overview: Kibale National Park, often called the "Primate Capital of the World," is one of Uganda’s most biologically diverse rainforests. Covering approximately 795 square kilometers, it is renowned for its population of chimpanzees and other primates, as well as its rich flora and fauna. Location: Situated in western Uganda, in the Fort Portal District, near the Rwenzori Mountains and Queen Elizabeth National Park.
