Kidepo Valley National Park is a stunning protected area located in northeastern Uganda, near the borders with South Sudan and Kenya. Covering approximately 1,442 square kilometers, it is renowned for its remote wilderness, diverse wildlife, and dramatic landscapes characterized by savannahs, mountains, and river valleys. The park hosts over 80 mammal species, including elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and buffalo, as well as numerous bird species, making it a prime destination for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers.
